This course deals with the study on the provisions of Criminal Procedure and Court Testimony as provided in the Rules of Court, Issuances and memorandum of the Supreme Court. It includes the application of relevant jurisprudence, and the Rules on Search and Seizure of Electronic Data or Cyber warrant, and related Writs, e.g. Amparo, Habeas Corpus, Habeas Data, Kalikasan, and others.
