Grade 8 Exploratory course follows the TLE main fields;
Unit I: Home Economics explores food preservation, caring for the sick and dressmaking.
Unit II: Industrial Arts explores concept and principle in carpentry and masonry, and plumbing.
Unit III: Agri-Fishery Arts introduces basic concepts, principles, and skills in agricultural crop production and fishery production.
Unit IV: Information and Communications Technology introduces the use and maintenance of hand tools and equipment.
