Modules 1

This part of the module will introduce you to the principles of food and safety sanitation as well as understanding Laws and government agenciesrelating to health and safety. This module will also walk you through assessing risk in the food industry business.

Module 2

This module will help you learn and classify the various food safety hazards into physical, chemical and biological hazards and how they arise and consider how they can be prevented and controlled. And at this part of the course will also let you identifies the reasons for occupational and health standards.

Module 3

Module 3 focuses at why personal hygiene is so important when working with food -- from hand washing to legal requirements. at this part of the module will also introduce how to preserve food, including appropriate storage and temperature controls.

Module 4 

Module 4 will walk you through Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points as a requirement of regulations that all businesses implement and maintain a documented food safety management system based on HACCP concept.
